About Jane Prugh
I bring over 25 years’ experience of strong customer-focused business development skills in IT.
I was considered one of the top Sales rep in every company I joined – typically #1 locally, #2 regionally, and top 5 nationally for large firms – Cap Gemini, ESI, CSC….
I had an incredible sales career focused on company products and services. I gave it all up to focus on helping job seekers and employers find a good fit. I wanted to help professionals make one of the most critical decisions in their lives – change careers, find a job. But not just any job – one where they would jump out of bed in the morning to work and I wanted to help an employer have a better work life balance because they employed someone who “got it” and fit the culture! That’s the difference I wanted to make.
With high energy and enthusiasm, besides sourcing and recruiting, my background includes business development, project management training, leadership training, process-reengineering, and change management.
Prior to my IT career in corporate America, I developed and implemented the math curriculum, diagnostic tools, and academic recommendations for the education of Dyslexics in a private school in Princeton, NJ. My students grew as much as 5 grade levels in one year.
I have grandchildren who live close by, I root for the Cubs, and have two Havanese dogs who are by my side as I work on job searches day in and day out. The pandemic allowed the freedom and time to train a dog. Tasha is 3.6 years old; I fell in love with her so much I adopted a second one, Charlotte, who is 1.6 years old.
I am currently president of Corporate Strategic Resourcing (CSR Talent) specializing in IT recruitment nationwide. My company provides exceptional IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions for small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 global organizations.
I believe in building strong, long-term relationships, and providing ROI to both the client and the candidate by making a culture fit and consequently avoiding a “mis-hire”.
